New for 2012
We now offer lessons through Skype!
Why Choose us?
Mathematics at times can be difficult and it does not help if your lecturer's explanation of things is "well that's obvious". We at Dublin Mathematics School are surprised by how many students come to us saying that they just cannot get the help they need from their university. Universities often try to provide support for students by running tutorials to support lectures. However, these tutors are often just "miniature" versions of the lecturer, brilliant at Maths but not able to break it down for the student. What we offer is different! We are patient, personable and approachable when it comes to your Mathematical learning. We are experienced at breaking the theory down and presenting to you in an easy to manage and learn manner. We offer Maths grinds, classes and Distance Learning year-round and would be happy to help anyone in need of Mathematical support.

Do You Need Help With Your Quantitative Crunching?
Your expertise is in the subject and not Statistics (unless of course you are getting your PhD in Statistics). Lucky for you, our speciality is Statistics! Let us take away your worries so you can focus on making your dissertation great. We can help you with your modelling of data or analysing results. Bring us your findings and we will help you to present them in the best possible way through hypothesis testing, Generalised Linear Models and the correct summary statistics. We can meet and discuss what needs to be done and take the job on. Our goal is to maximise your research's power while minimising your work and stress.

Are You Lost in Your Maths Lectures?
Are you a few weeks into your course and worried? Or maybe you have an exam coming up? Don't worry, Dublin Mathematics School is here to help. What most students may have noticed is that their Maths lectures are loaded with theory. This marks a big change from Maths classes at second level. However, it is often the case that the final exam will contain only 10 percent theory and 90 percent practical for first and second year Maths courses. The revision courses and Maths grinds here are exam focused to ensure minimum work for your success!
Leaving Cert
Gain CAO Points With Honours Maths or Applied Maths
Maybe your school does not offer Honours Maths or Applied Maths for the Leaving Cert. We offer small classes for Leaving Cert Maths and Applied Maths. We look at Maths and Applied Maths as something that is amazingly interesting and can be taught that way. These subjects offer precious points. It is far easier in our view to get full marks in a subject like Maths compared to other Leaving Cert subjects. Our goal is your success!
